One payment covers one event, from the moment you upgrade until the event is deleted. That includes up to 2,000 photos and 100 videos of up to 30 seconds each, or 15 GB in all. Guests can keep sharing until a week after your event, so the photos on their camera rolls can go in the next day. The guest album stays up for 30 days, and you can download everything, originals and videos included, in one zip file whenever you like. We delete the event 90 days after uploads close, and if you signed in with an email address we send a reminder two weeks before.
If you reach 2,000 photos, guests see a note that the album is full and everything already shared stays on the screen. Two thousand is more than most weddings share, but if you're expecting a very big crowd, email us before the day and we'll sort it out.
The Free plan is the whole product with a limit of 25 photos, no videos, and a small "Made with Snazooka" line along the bottom of the screen. It's there so you can set up your event, print a card, put the screen on your own TV and have the family send a few photos, before you decide. It's also enough for a small get-together. You can upgrade from your event's page at any time, before or during the event, and everything you've set up carries over.
If your event is cancelled or moved, or you simply don't end up using Snazooka, email us and we'll refund you in full, however long ago you paid. We treat an event as unused as long as fewer than 25 guest photos have been shared to it, the same as the Free plan allows. If something goes wrong on our side during your event, tell us and we'll put it right or refund you.
The price is shown in your own currency where we have one: euro, pounds, US and Canadian dollars, Australian and New Zealand dollars, Swiss francs, and Swedish, Norwegian and Danish kroner. Prices include VAT or GST, except in the United States and Canada, where any sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is by card through Link, Stripe's checkout, and your receipt arrives by email from Link.
If you run a lot of events, we'll set you up with a code so you pay less per event, and the screen can carry your own logo. Companies pay by card at checkout like everyone else, and the receipt from Link shows the VAT. If your company needs a proper invoice instead, or you'd like our data processing agreement signed, email hello@snazooka.com and tell us roughly how many events a year.
No. You pay once for one event, and that's it. If you run another event next year you set it up and pay again, or ask us about a code if you run several.
No. The price is the same for 20 guests or 300. The only limits are on the number of photos and videos, and they're generous.
Whenever you like. You set the event up free, and upgrade from your event's page before the day or even during it. Everything you've set up carries over.
On your event's page, press Upgrade and then "I have a promo code". A code for a free Event plan upgrades the event straight away. A discount code shows you the new price before you pay.
Yes. Link, the checkout that takes the payment, emails you a receipt showing the VAT. If your company needs an invoice instead, email us.
No, one payment covers one event. If you're running a weekend of events, each one needs its own screen and its own QR code anyway, so set them up separately.
